Alli Davis

Program Manager

Alli Davis is the Program Manager at Kids and Car Safety, where she leads numerous educational campaigns and programs funded by grants from various partners. She joined the organization in 2024 as a volunteer, assisting with campaigns, and was soon asked to take on the role of Program Manager due to her proven leadership and organizational skills.

Alli graduated from Baker University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and a minor in Spanish. She spent seven years at Cerner Corporation, where she held various roles in Project Management and Consulting. During her time at Cerner, Ms. Davis worked closely with healthcare providers, which fueled her passion for using technology to improve patient care and support the critical work of healthcare professionals.

In addition to her professional achievements, Alli had the unique opportunity to live abroad in Germany for three years due to her husband's career. During this time, she embraced the role of full-time caregiver, taking pride in being there for her young children while adapting to life in a new country. This experience deepened her sense of purpose and broadened her understanding of global perspectives.

As Program Manager at Kids and Car Safety, she brings her expertise in high-pressure environments, proactive leadership, and relationship-building to support the organization’s mission of preventing children and pets from being being harmed in and around vehicles. She also plays a key role in fundraising efforts and organizing special projects that further the impact of the organization.

Alli currently resides in Olathe, KS with her husband, two daughters, and their two dogs.
