Schumer calls for rearview camera law to be implemented by next year
Lawmakers are pushing to end the delay to put back-up cameras in all new vehicles, a move they argue would make roads and driveways safer and prevent injuries to young children. While it was set to go into effect back in 2011, it has yet to be implemented.
