Blake Hofer

2002 - June 19, 2006

On June 19 at 2:30 pm, Blake Hofer was suddenly taken from this life by a tragic accident. He was struck and killed by a delivery truck while at play in front of his home in Birmingham. David and Kathy Hofer, and Blake’s older brothers Alex and J.P. (ages 7 and 5) wish the world to remember the sweet little boy who brought so much joy to so many during his four years on Earth.

A few moments of Blake’s life have been placed here as a memorial to him, and a reminder to us that we must treasure every moment we have. It is only by God’s grace that we enjoy our next breath. At times like this, it is important to remember that we should live and love during each day as if it were our last.
